GENERAL INFO:

A word about Giclée prints: Giclée printing provides for the highest quality fine art graphics with rich colors in the tradition of original stone lithography. We use the finest archival papers and inks for images that will last for over 100 years!

Our digital images are shot at very high resolution with Canon professional equipment. We use Epson and Canon professional printers, professional art and photo archival papers by Canon, Epson, Ilford, Somerset, and Sunset. We use archival Ultra Chrome and Lucia Pigment inks.

In our Giclée printing process, a fine stream of 8 to 12 pigmented inks (at a microbial 2.5 to 4 picoliters in size) is sprayed onto fine art, photo papers, or canvas developed by EPSON, Canon, Ilford, Somerset , Lexjet and many more. The archival inks are developed for longevity and scratch resistance, NOTE: we do not recommend fine art images to be printed on gloss photo paper; the fine art papers and even matte papers render a far superior and extremely handsome fine art image for framing. We recommend Ilford Pearl or Sunset E Satin for wedding and portrait images; gloss and satin papers also get a Gloss Optimizer application. We strive for outstanding detail and color regardless of paper used.

Once the print is removed from the printer, it is allowed to dry and 'outgass' for 24 hours before packing for shipment. While the pigmented inks we use carry a lightfast rating of over 100 years, adding the UV coating helps to extend the life of the print by many more years. Giclée prints, as with any fine art, should not be hung in direct sunlight. When you receive your print, it is ready for your choice of framing and will include a 1/2" to 1" white border.

All prints signed and numbered. Each fine art print comes to you with a certificate of authenticity. Each print is well packed for protection and insured before shipping to you.

Shipping and Insurance:
Shipping will be added to your order and will include handling, packaging and insurance costs. If your are ordering a stock image, shipping is not included as it will be made available to you via FTP, DropSend or YouSendIt. You will need to provide an email address for emailing a link for you to download high resolution images.

Return Policy and 5-day Money Back Guarantee:
Each image displayed on this site has been chosen for it's incredible detail and color. Some images may have been cropped in the thumnails to better showoff the focal point. We will accept returns of any art found not as indicated in its description or damaged during shipment at our expense. NO REFUNDS ON STOCK IMAGES SENT AS JPG OR OTHER FORMAT FILES. Fine art photographs purchased can be returned within 5 days of purchase for any reason (other than mishandling) at the buyer's expense for full refund of purchase, less shipping expenses.

Colors on the Internet:
Our monitors are calibrated weekly to our printers. However, colors shown on this website may not be accurate due to the nature of monitor settings and resolutions. It would be impossible to correlate colors in each photo to your own computer monitor's unique settings. While we have made every effort to bring you the most accurate depiction of the photograph you desire, we cannot guarantee the colors found on your monitor to be as you will find on the original art or print you purchase.

Available Media and Papers:
WE USE THE FINEST FINE ART PAPERS AVAILABLE. ANY SIZE UP TO 24" ON THE SHORT DIMENSION AND 10' ON THE LONG DIMENSION. Available media include Fine Art Watercolor paper, Velvet, Satin, Gold Fiber Silk, Metallic, Pro Matte, Fine Art Rag, Pro Gloss, Matte Canvas, Satin Canvas and many more.

PAYMENT: WE USE PayPal. All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of payment.

WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO PRINT EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT - OUR IMAGES or YOUR OWN IMAGES IN ANY STANDARD FRAME SIZES TO CUSTOM - UP TO 24" IN THE SHORT DIMENSION.

Send us your high resolution files via YouSendIt or DropSend. If you don't have high resolution files (i.e. original fine art) your artwork can be photographed or scanned - at NO charge. WE CHARGE NO FEES - YOU PAY ONLY FOR YOUR PRINTS.

NEVER a set-up fee, a scan or image capture fee, an archive fee, proof fee or minimum order fee. Printing on dozens of professional archival fine art and photo papers with Lucia archival professional inks, up to 24 ” width. Make a higher return on your print and giclée inventory investment!

NOTE: Monitor, printer and ICC paper profiles are calibrated weekly to ensure your images are 100% correct!

All print orders of YOUR images can be placed by phone at 505-563-0576 or via eMail. You may pay by credit card (Visa, MC) or, via PayPal. If you prefer PayPal, you will receive a 'request for payment' sent to your email address for the total of your order. When payment is received, your order will be confirmed and put into the print schedule. You can also email your files via YOUSENDIT or DROPSEND. Artists - deliver or send your originals for FREE scan or digital photography of your image. Orders are shipped within 72 hours of your order payment.
